Return Eligibility

✅ Defective & Non-Personalized Products:

• Returns accepted within 14 days of the original shipment date.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging for a full refund or store credit.

✅ Non-Personalized Products:

• Eligible for exchange within 14 days of purchase.

❌ Final Sale & Personalized Products:

• Due to their custom nature, personalized items (custom family trees, photo books, scrapbooks) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Refund Process

💳 Refunds: Issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
📦 Restocking Fee: A 10% fee applies to non-personalized product returns.
🚚 Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, as we cover the original shipping cost for orders within the USA and overseas.
