Returns

Returns:

Product condition:  Only defective and non-persinalized products can be returned within 14 days of their original shipment date in the same as new condition and will be eligible for a full refund or store credit.  Also, this includes products that are unopened in original packaging or have never been used.

Refunds:   Will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase.

Non-Personalized:  Products can be exchanged.

Return Methods

Self-Service Return Labels:  Customers can generate and print a return label from the company’s website or portal. 

Return Shipping Options: The customer is responsible for return shipping charges, as we’ve covered the original shipping cost for you in the contenital USA.

Fees:   A  restocking fee of 10% is charged on return of non-personalized product price.

Final Sale Items:   Personalized products suchs as family tree templates, photobook, and online scrapbooks purchases are final and non-returnable, nor can they be exchanged.
