At Photo Family Tree, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following requirements before requesting a return.

Return Eligibility

Eligible Non-Personalized Items

A return must be requested within 14 days of purchase.

The item must be unused and returned in its original condition and packaging.

Contact Photo Family Tree before returning the item so we can provide return instructions.

Personalized and Custom Items

Personalized and custom-made products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Please contact us promptly if your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect. Include your order number and photographs showing the problem so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for eligible non-defective items. Original and return shipping costs are not refundable unless the return results from an error by Photo Family Tree or the item arrived defective or damaged.

Do not return an item before contacting us. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. A 10% restocking fee applies to eligible returns of non-personalized products. Please review our Refunds Policy for complete refund information.
