• Items must be unused, in original packaging for a full refund or store credit.

✅ Non-Personalized Products:

• Eligible for exchange within 14 days of purchase.

❌ Final Sale & Personalized Products:

• Due to their custom nature, personalized items (custom family trees, photo books, scrapbooks) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
