Delivery

All orders are shipped with a carrier tracking number.

Returns:

ONLY DEFECTIVE  AND NON-PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS CAN BE returned within 14 days of their original shipment date in the same as new condition and will be eligible for a full refund or store credit.  Also, this includes products that are unopened in original packaging or have never been used.

Product condition

Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase.

The customer is responsible for return shipping charges, as we’ve covered the original shipping cost for you.

All Sale and Personalized Products purchased are final and non-returnable, nor can they be exchanged.  Only non-personalized products can be exchanged.

Method and Fees

Return Label:  The customer is responsible for return shipping charges, as we’ve covered the original shipping cost for you.

Restocking fee:  10% of the non-personalized product price.
