Our Shipping and Delivery Policy

Shipment processing time - Generally, most orders are processed within two to five business days. 


Shipments of Our Family History Coffee Table Scrapbook Kit; Our Family History Scrapbook Pages; and Custom Fine Art Photo Frames will not occur on weekends or holidays.

Due to Covid 19, we try our best to deliver your gifts on time.  Still, due to unexpected circumstances beyond our control, there might be a slight delay in delivering your order.  In addition, during high volume of orders, and holidays you could experience some delays. We will notify you by email and keep you in the loop of changes.

Due to adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, orders could become delayed and or may affect our carrier's deliveries to you.

Shipment to Post Office boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Post Office Boxes:  UPS will only accept shipments to a valid street address. They do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If we, the shipper, should use a P.O Box address, the label must include the recipient's telephone number. Packages addressed to a P.O. Box may be delayed, will not be covered by any UPS Service Guarantee, and require an address correction charge. Additionally, Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses are not accepted.

In addition, we do not ship to APO/FPO at this time.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive an Order Confirmation email after you place your order.  When your order

Ships, you will receive another confirmation with the tracking number.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Photo Family Tree, LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Photo Family Tree, LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

When shipping internationally across borders, customs fees may apply based on local regulations.  The fees may vary depending on your order's value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself.  Customers are responsible for these fees; you, the customer, pay any fees to the appropriate customs agency.

Exchanges and Return Policy 

For non-personalized purchased items; exchanges for the same item, or an immediate full refund promptly, less a 10% restocking fee; the order must be in its original state and original packaging.  In addition, we cannot accept returns of personalized items; unless the flaw is a manufacturing error or product defect. Finally, returns or exchanges of non-personalized purchased items must be within 14 days of receipt.
