Refunds and Exchanges Policy

We strive to make personalized gift-giving accessible as quickly as possible.

We select only the highest-quality gifts, which you then customize! Our print partners inspect every item for accuracy before it ships to you or someone special.

Of course, a non-personalized purchased item can be returned for a full refund promptly. Or, a non-personalized item can be exchanged for the same item within 14 days of receipt. Please note the order must be in its original state and original packaging. However, we cannot accept returns of personalized items; unless the flaw is a manufacturing error or product defect.

You want and expect your order to be how you want it, and so do we! However, we understand that everyone makes mistakes, so please review your personalization information before submitting your order.  Please check the spelling, dates, and names carefully.   in addition, we cannot accept cancellations or changes to orders once you place them, for your order goes into production immediately.  Lastly, Photo Family Tree, LLC reserves the right to cancel your order at its discretion should the order be deemed inappropriate for language, content, or material.
